Terms & Conditions

This promotion is operated entirely by De’Quek Trading Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer"), the sole agent of PLUS Corporation in Singapore. When deemed necessary, the organizer may take any and all actions to ensure the proper operation of the promotion.
This promotion is open to all participants owning a registered permanent residential address in and within Singapore, except to employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, associated advertising agencies and participating retailers/distributors.
All persons participating in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "entrants") shall follow the organizer's method of operation and shall not make any objection to such method.
The contents of the promotion are subject to change without notice. The organizer may revise the terms and conditions of the application at any time at its discretion. In this case, a notice shall be posted on the promotion site. After such notification, the contents of such changes or revisions shall apply between the entrants and the organizer.
The entrants agree that the terms and conditions of the application shall be binding on them, their portraits and images, and that they may be used by the organizer in future promotional materials without limitation.
When you have submitted an entry application for the promotion, the organizer is given "deemed consent" to collect, use, or disclose your personal data for verification for the delivery of the winning prizes.
The promotion begins on 1st July 2022 and ends on 31st October 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion period"). Purchases need to be made within the promotion period. All entries via WhatsApp must be received by the deadline. Entries received after the deadline will be invalid. The organizer reserves the right to change the promotion period at any time without notice.
Participation
- (1) During the promotion period, an application can be made by sending a photo of a serial code enclosed in "Correction Tape WHIPER MR 20th Anniversary Limited Edition" (hereinafter referred to as the "application photo") to the WhatsApp account designated by the organizer.
- (2) On WhatsApp, all entries must be filled out in the correct sequence for your entry to be eligible. Incorrect sequence will be considered incomplete, resulting in disqualification. All successful entries will receive an acknowledgment on WhatsApp. If applicable, please keep the original Serial Code for verification during collection of prizes where applicable.
- (3) Each entrant is eligible to submit more than one promotional entry.
  Every entry submitted, it must be individually completed with the required details, with snapshot of the Serial Code. Incomplete or illegible entries, inaccurate and/or defective proofs of purchase will be disqualified.
- (4) Multiple promotional entries may be submitted per entrant, but each entry must be accompanied by a Serial Code. Each Serial Code can be submitted only once.
- (5) If there are overlapping entries for the same Serial Code, one entry will be valid and the other entries will be excluded.
- (6) Winners need to keep original Serial Code for verification when redeeming them for prizes.
- (7) Communications fees necessary for browsing this campaign application site and making an application shall be borne by applicants.
- (8) Depending on your computer, smartphone or other mobile devices, or web environment, you may not be able to apply for this campaign due to problems with the application and the display of pages.
- (9) Applications by telephone, postcard, or envelope will not be accepted.
Winners and Prizes
- (1) The drawing will be held on 16th November 2022
- (2) Winners will be randomly selected at the organizer's office and notified within 5 days after the drawing.
- (3) Winners will be notified by e-mail/phone. Winners who fail to comply with accurate and complete verification will be disqualified.
- (4) All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items and are subject to the terms and conditions as the organizer may impose at its sole and absolute discretion.
- (5) To claim the prize, winners are requested to present the original Serial Code, NRIC for verification against the entered full name, last 4-characters of IC and email address. Failure to do so will disqualify them from claiming the prize.
- (6) All prizes must be claimed by the winners within 2 months of the date of e-mail notification by the organizer. Thereafter, all unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- (7) The organizer reserves the right to replace any prizes for other prizes of a similar value at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
- (8) All prizes shall be accepted by the winners on their sole responsibility, and the organizer excludes all warranties relating to the prizes to the extent permitted by laws. The organizer shall not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
- (9) The delivery date of the prizes cannot be specified.
- (10) The organizer cannot respond to any inquiries regarding the drawing.
